A dessert wine made from slightly dried grapes on the vine. Perfect with any kind of pastry, in particular with softy and creamy sweets such as “cannoli” and “cassate siciliane”.
Grapes: Zibibbo (Moscato di Alessandria)
Cultivation area: Marsala and Mazara del Vallo
Training system: Head training or cordon training, dry
Colour: Deep golden
Bouquet: Aromatic, full-bodied, lingering
Taste: Sweet, warm
Characteristics: It can be stored for several years. Once opened, it maintains its organoleptic characteristics for long time due to its high alcohol content.
Sugar content: 110-120 g/l
Alcohol content: 16,5° by volume
Available formats: 75cl with T shaped cork, 1-2 L with screw cap
