The orange wine comes from a late pick up of white grapes that are subsequently fermented with the skin for several weeks. This process extracts the color and the aromas of the grapes extensively and create the orange color.
This process creates a strong wine that can be stored for long time.
This wine should be blended with spicy food or meat as it has a strong aroma.
