Characteristics: It can be stored for several years. Once opened, it maintains its organoleptic characteristics for long time due to its high alcohol content.

Alcohol content: 16,5° by volume
Available formats: 75cl with T shaped cork, 1-2 L with screw cap
Service temperature: 12 – 15°C
Food Matching: Perfect with any kind of pastry, in particular with
softy and creamy sweets such as “cannoli” and “cassate siciliane”
Production process: The “Mistella” process is applied as this must is
not fermented. In fact, after the grape squeezing, the fermentation
is blocked with the addition of alchool.
