Taste: Scent of oak, full-bodied, lingering with a bitter sweet aftertaste given by cooked grape juice
Aging: At least 2 years in ancient casks in a grotto of tufa rock
Characteristics: It can be stored for several years. Once opened, it maintains its organoleptic characteristics for long time due to its high alcohol content.

Alcohol content: 18,5° by volume
Available formats: 75cl with T shaped cork
