Grapes: Grillo, Catarratto e Inzolia
Cultivation area: Marsala e Mazara del Vallo
Training system: Head training or cordon training, dry
Colour: Amber
Bouquet: Heady, intense, similar to dark chocolate
Taste: Scent of oak, full-bodied, lingering with a bitter sweet aftertaste given by cooked grape juice
Aging: At least 2 years in ancient casks in a grotto of tufa rock
Characteristics: It can be stored for several years. Once opened, it maintains its organoleptic characteristics for long time due to its high alcohol content.

Alcohol content: 18,5° by volume
Available formats: 75cl with T shaped cork
Service temperature: 1O – 12°C

Production process: Blend of sicilian white grapes, 10% cooked
grape must and alcohol from grape materials, aged in large oak barrels.
